Wow! So much can be said about this incredible couple. They are both so sweet and were an absolute blast to hang out with. Mandy contacted me a few months ago about her wedding in July this year and it will be at the beautiful Slover Library in Norfolk Virginia! I’m so excited to photograph it!

These two lovebirds actually met online on the Bumble app! How cool is that?! So if anyone reading this is looking for love, good people exist out there on the internet y’all! Mandy and Matt are so cute and are totally unashamed about telling everyone that they met online! 😍

Mandy and Matt are members at the Norfolk Botanical Garen and chose to have their engagement session there. I was SUPER excited because I haven’t been yet! GUYS! If you haven’t gone, you need to go! It’s absolutely incredible and definitely way better than I could have imagined.

As soon I we got there, Matt was already there scoping out good spots for me! He literally showed me some AMAZING locations and it saved us so much time since he knew his way around.

At first Mandy and Matt were a little nervous about posing but they caught on SO FAST! There was even this one spot with fountains where they had to walk pretty far away from me for a few specific shots, and they did a couple poses on their own since they wouldn’t have been able to hear me from that far away! Seriously they nailed it. A+, guys! Well done!

Everywhere we turned was another fabulous area for portraits, I seriously can’t wait to go back. This place is SO MAGICAL! ✨

July can’t come soon enough for this wedding! While walking around the gardens, Mandy was telling about her creative vision for decorating the venue and I just know it’s going to be so glam and perfect! She clearly has a great vision for her dream wedding. SO EXCITED!
